1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this MLM Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.
2. User Registration
Users must register with a valid referral code from an existing member. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Income and Compensation
The platform offers multiple income streams including Direct Income (10%), Level Income (40% across 10 levels), Performance Bonuses, Team Bonuses (30%), Global Income (10%), and Direct Sponsor Income (10%). All income calculations are subject to platform rules and admin fees (10%).
4. Trading Investment
Trading investments require a minimum of $100. Monthly returns range from 5% to 15%. Profit distribution follows: 70% investor share, 10% service charge, 10% admin fee, and 10% distributed across 10 upline levels.
5. KYC Requirements
Users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to access certain platform features. This includes providing valid identification documents and selfie verification.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: creating multiple accounts, using fraudulent information, manipulating the referral system, or engaging in any illegal activities. Violation will result in account termination.
7. Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may also request account closure at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
